Service description
VCFtoCSV provides an online tool to convert vCard (.vcf) files to CSV and Excel formats. The free tier allows 5 conversions per day. Paid plans offer batch conversion and XLSX export.
Use of the service
You may use VCFtoCSV for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring that any contact data you convert complies with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and that you have the right to process that data.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. The one-time plan (€4.99) is non-refundable after the license key is used. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. If you experience a technical failure, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
Limitation of liability
VCFtoCSV is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, inaccurate conversions, or any damages arising from use of the service. Always verify the output before importing into a production system.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
